How It Works

The first step is filling out our Commission Artwork Form which we will send over to you once we receive your interest in a commission piece. Once we have discussed the creative vision for your artwork, we will then agree on a price point based on our price guidelines for custom commission artwork. Once the non refundable deposit is made, your spot is saved in Lia's painting queue.

We will next set up a 30 minute video chat appointment between you & Lia in order to get to know each other and the story behind your inspiration for the artwork. This will also allow you to go over the information and images for the piece. After this, Lia will start the creation process of your original custom painting.

Firstly she will present to you a mood board plan for your artwork for your approval. Once you approve, she will start painting. On the completion of your painting we will send you a high resolution image & video of your new painting! Of course if you would prefer it to be a surprise do let us know, but do notify us of that beforehand. Your painting will then be carefully packaged for shipping and we will coordinate all of the shipping arrangements with you. Your artwork will then be on its way to its new forever home!
